Purpose of CoachFit

CoachFit is a training support platform designed to help coaches manage training programs and athletes follow and complete them. CoachFit does not provide medical, health, or professional advice.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
– Use CoachFit for unlawful or harmful activities
– Upload content you do not have the right to share
– Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform

Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you upload to CoachFit. By uploading content, you grant CoachFit permission to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

Availability

CoachFit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of CoachFit after changes means you accept the updated terms.
